Pacific Gas & Electric said Wednesday it was canceling a customer-specific OFO that had been issued for Thursday. The utility projected linepack staying just above its minimum target levels through Friday.

Citing “decreasing ambient soil and air temperature,” NOVA said it requires an increase in linepack and is soliciting unconditional tenders for the firm purchase of 390,000 gigajoules. The gas is required over a period of up to 14 days starting on or about Dec. 20. Tenders may be submitted for all or some of the increase. See the bulletin board for details, or call Jeff Stoffregen and (403) 920-6337 or George Phillips at -6825.
