Sonat said Monday it had completed temporary repairs to its Logansport, LA facilities. Gas flow was resumed for 59 upstream receipt points in the Logansport and Joaquin Fields that had been shut in by the work Saturday (see Daily GPI, April 23). Further evaluation is being done to develop a permanent repair plan, Sonat said.

Barring unexpected complications,repairs should be complete by today and the unit available forservice again on Tuesday’s gas day, the pipeline said. Injectioncapacity has been reduced to 235,000 Dth/d during the outage.Allocation of injection capacity was expected to occur each day,with the impact determined by customer nominations. However, thereis no impact on withdrawal nominations, Questar said.

An estimated 50-100 MMcf/d at five platform receipt points isbeing shut in by the outage.
