NGPL noted that under Rate Schedule DSS, customers must cycle50% of their DSS storage inventory by April 30 of each year. Inaddition, “any balance remaining in a shipper’s DSS account onApril 30 will decrease injection rights between May 1 and Oct. 31,”the pipeline said. Shippers expecting to have a balance remainingin their DSS accounts may, if NGPL agrees, maintain full off-peakinjection rights by having the pipeline provide cycling. Themaximum Authorized Inventory Cycling Charge is 84 cents/MMBtu.However, until April 30, NGPL is offering to cycle up to ashipper’s entire remaining DSS balance at a discounted rate of 10cents.
