The #3 compressor at Roswell (NM) Station has been taken down for unscheduled maintenance through next Thursday, El Paso said. The action reduced San Juan Crossover capacity by 30 MMcf/d, effective with Cycle 3 nominations Friday.

Gulf South said unscheduled maintenance that began Monday on unit #3 at Bistineau (LA) Station, originally expected to be wrapped up Wednesday afternoon, has been extended through Friday. The work is reducing injection capacity at the pipeline’s Bistineau Storage Facility by 75 MMcf/d.

Transportation Notes

ANR revised the schedule of capacity reductions that was posted last week for June 4-July 6 maintenance on its Southeast Mainline (see Daily GPI, May 22). Here is the new schedule: June 4-10, 195 MMcf/d; June 11-12, 225 MMcf/d; June 13-24, 60 MMcf/d; June 25-26, 140 MMcf/d; June 27-July 3, 220 MMcf/d; and July 4-6, 25 MMcf/d. ANR also said Michigan Leg capacity will be cut by about 200 MMcf/d while the 22-inch mainline is pigged later this month. Pigging of the Sandwich to Bridgman segment will occur during the week of June 18, while the Bridgman to Woolfolk segment will be pigged during the week of June 25.

PG&E Gas Transmission-Northwest said scheduled Station 3 maintenance (see Daily GPI, April 23) is causing a greater restriction than anticipated. Starting with Thursday’s Intra-day 1 cycle and effective until further notice, Kingsgate capacity was further limited to 2,220 MMcf/d.

Transportation Notes

Maintenance at the Sable Offshore Energy Processing Plant that had been scheduled for April 16-19 (see Daily GPI, April 2) was postponed. The tentative work period now is from midnight April 18 to midnight April 20. Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline expects only about 35% of capacity to be available for deliveries during that time. Full system capabilities are anticipated for April 21.

Florida Gas Transmission reported Thursday that during ascheduled maintenance project near Eustis, FL, a controlledblowdown of the 24-inch mainline was ignited, damaging power linesin the area. However, “this portion of the blowdown of gas is nowover and the situation is under control,” FGT said. Deliveries ofscheduled volumes were not affected, it added.

El Paso said Wednesday a maintenance outage of Line 3110 inHoward County, TX is now scheduled for March 10-14. The pipelinepreviously had said the work would occur March 5-11 (see Daily GPI,Feb. 27). The IVEALMOR interconnect will not be able to deliver anygas into El Paso during the outage.
