El Paso postponed to an indefinite date Guadalupe Stationmaintenance that had been set for today and Wednesday. Wenden Aturbine work began Sunday, one day earlier than previouslyannounced, and will run through Friday, reducing Havasu Crossovercapacity by 100 MMcf/d, the pipeline said.

Florida Gas Transmission said Thursday that unplanned compressormaintenance at Station 7.5 in Port Barre, LA, which it had expected toend last Monday (see Daily GPI, May 2),is continuing until further notice. The work limits upstream volumesto 875 MMcf/d. An Overage Alert Day notice for FGT’s market area (seeDaily GPI, May 10) remained in effectThursday.

Transwestern said its Crawford Lateral will be down for plannedmaintenance Tuesday and Wednesday. No flows will be scheduled atthe 500267 meter, affecting about 50 MMcf/d, the pipeline said.

Due to high linepack, Southern California Gas issued anOvernominations Day notice for Saturday.

El Paso has the Laguna #2 compressor down for maintenancethrough Saturday and will be working on the Caprock #2 turbineSaturday through May 3. The two projects reduce San Juan Crossovercapacity by 30 MMcf/d.

Koch Gateway began scheduled maintenance Monday on its SouthHenderson Line (FPL 3) in East Texas. The work, which is expectedto last 10 days, is causing shut-ins at 14 points, butaffectedshippers are being kept whole on the delivery side.

Texas Eastern plans minor maintenance for a few hours Thursdaymorning at the Grand Chenier (LA) Station. Operators may experiencehigher than normal pressures on the West Louisiana zone’s CameronSystem, but pressures are expected to return to normal by evening.

NGPL will perform annual maintenance Tuesday through Friday on aunit at Compressor Station 167 (Lea County, NM), reducing areacapacity by about 21,000 MMBtu/d. Depending on nomination levels,only a limited amount of ITS/AOR service may be scheduled for gasreceived in the Permian Zone’s Segments 7, 8 or 9 and deliveredoutside the Permian Zone. The pipeline has scheduled a constructionshutdown of its Old Ocean Lateral for April 27-29. Eight points inBrazoria County, TX, and one in Matagorda County, TX, must takenominations to zero during the outage.

Due to unscheduled maintenance at its Elmore (AL) CompressorStation, Sonat expects a 5,000-horsepower unit to remainunavailable until April 9. Although no reductions were anticipatedas of Sunday, it may be necessary to cut FT on a pro rata basis,the pipeline said.
