Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Saturday and said it would assess Buy-Back charges in accordance with its tariffs to customers who deliver into its system more than 110% of their actual gas usage on the OFO day.

Pacific Gas & Electric kept a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system in place through at least Saturday and tightened the tolerance for positive daily imbalances from 16% to 11%.

An unplanned repair issue with the #4 dehydration heat exchanger at Spearman Compressor Station prompted Northern Natural Gas to declare a force majeure Friday on the Spearman Cargray System. Its capacity is being limited to 60,000 MMBtu/d from last Saturday through June 9.

Tennessee reported completion of Bluewater Header pigging operations Friday morning, a day behind schedule (see Daily GPI, May 21), and said normal flow had been resumed at Cocodrie, LA.

To ensure efficient operations on its Southern System, Questar said it will be pigging the ML 68 segment on a weekly basis. To facilitate the pigging process, no nominations will be accepted to both the Rifle generation plant and the RMNG (Rocky Mountain Natural Gas) delivery points for any cycle on Sundays, Questar said.
