Transwestern declared force majeure at its Gallup (NM) Compressor Station Tuesday after a unit went down during the night due to an electrical problem. San Juan Lateral capacity was reduced to 760,000 MMBtu/d. The pipeline replaced the electrical part and will have the unit back in service for today's gas day.

Anticipating linepack levels well below its target limits later this week, Pacific Gas & Electric issued a customer-specific OFO effective today until further notice.

NOVA changed its daily imbalance tolerance range to 0/-20% Tuesday morning.

Texas Eastern is considering adding incremental firm capacity to its offshore segments within the access areas of its East Louisiana and West Louisiana pools. It launched an open season Tuesday that will run through Nov. 30 to accept non-binding nominations for such capacity, which would allow access to new Outer Continental Shelf and deepwater reserves in the Gulf of Mexico.
