Projecting that its linepack would be below minimum target levels through Friday, Pacific Gas & Electric issued a customer-specific OFO for Wednesday.

Citing forecasts indicating that warm weather would continue in Florida and that its capacity remains fully utilized, Florida Gas Transmission issued an Overage Alert Day notice Tuesday with a 20% tolerance for negative imbalances. An OAD last week was lifted Friday. And despite operator Northern Natural Gas‘s assertion that a pig run Wednesday through Friday on the Matagorda Offshore Pipeline System is not expected to cause any flow interruption (see Daily GPI, Nov. 5), FGT advised its customers Tuesday that the “possibility of having operational problems with high liquids” on MOPS is likely for Thursday’s gas day, and it will make market-area allocations if production is shut in on MOPS.

ANR has scheduled engine maintenance at its Havensville (KS) Compressor Station), which will reduce total Southwest Mainline capacity by 115 MMcf/d Nov. 11-15. Based on current nominations, ANR expects the reduction may result in curtailment of IT and Firm Secondary nominations.

Transwestern is allocating the P-3 Compressor Station on the Panhandle Lateral down from 260,000 MMBtu/d to about 230,000 MMBtu/d through Nov. 17 due to unplanned maintenance. Then P-3 capacity will be zero Nov. 18-22 as the work is completed.
