Although as of Thursday morning it was still projecting linepack volumes above its maximum target level for Friday and Saturday, Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a high-inventory OFO beyond Thursday.

Florida Gas Transmission lifted Thursday an Overage Alert Day notice that had been in effect for several weeks and nearly continuously since last spring.

Transwestern will be running pigs at the end of this month and early in November from the P-2 Station (Portales, NM) to the P-3 Station (Dawn, TX) located on the Panhandle Lateral. Tentative dates and maximum capacities available in the affected segment are: Oct. 30, 165,000 MMBtu/d; Oct. 31, 90,000 MMBtu/d; and Nov. 5, 130,000 MMBtu/d.

Sonat is holding an open season through noon CST Oct. 30 for about 7 MMcf/d of turned-back FT capacity on its north mainline in rate zone 2.
