The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Huntington District has reinstated the Mountain Valley Pipeline’s (MVP) Nationwide Permit (NWP) 12 for four river crossings in West Virginia, but a stay issued last month by a federal appeals court remains in effect.

Southern California Gas kept a high-linepack OFO in effect through Sunday, then allowed it to lapse Monday. However, on Monday afternoon the company reinstated the OFO for Tuesday. SoCalGas also said it had lost 60 MMcf/d of injection capacity at its Aliso Canyon storage facility Monday, declaring force majeure due to a need for repairs to Generator #1’s oil pump. The reduction is expected to last through next Monday.
