Southern California Gas issued a high-linepack OFO for Saturday.

Northwest reported experiencing a minor equipment failure early Friday morning at Vernal Compressor Station that will not allow use of the existing compressor units, including a recently installed mobile compressor. The incident reduced northbound station capacity from its design level of 333,000 Dth/d to 259,000 Dth/d. Currently scheduled throughput at Vernal was approximately 270,000 Dth/d, so cuts in alternate service are expected. The entire station will be inoperable until replacement equipment can be installed, Northwest said. However, it has located the replacement equipment and expects to return Vernal to service Tuesday evening. The pipeline said it is using available balancing flexibility to mitigate the impact of the emergency maintenance.

Tennessee plans to shut in 22 meters for about 48 hours at the beginning of Wednesday’s gas day to enable repairs to the subsea flange at Ship Shoal 157, which was damaged by Hurricane Ivan. See the bulletin board for a list of affected meters.
