Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a high-inventory OFO beyond Friday. However, Southern California Gas declared an OFO on Saturday’s Timely Cycle to combat high linepack. The SoCalGas OFO had 10% tolerance for positive daily imbalances.

Florida Gas Transmission said unscheduled maintenance that began Sept. 22 at the FGT/Tennessee Gas Carnes interconnect in Mississippi (see Daily GPI, Sept. 23) was being completed Friday. Starting with Timely Cycle nominations for Saturday, it planned to eliminate a capacity restriction to 30,000 MMBtu/d at the point. An Overage Alert Day notice by FGT remained in effect through at least Friday with 5% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

In an update Friday on allocation of P-3 Compressor Station capacity from 263,000 MMBtu/d to about 200,000 MMBtu/d due to unplanned maintenance on Unit #5 (see Daily GPI, Oct. 1), Transwestern said it now expects the restriction to remain in effect through Oct. 8. There was internal damage to the compressor, which will be removed and sent to Dallas for repairs, the pipeline said.
