Sonat reported completion Monday of integrity work that had begun Aug. 3 on the 14-inch Logansport Line west of Bienville Compressor Station in North Louisiana and required a reduction in flowing capacity. The finish beat a late August projection by Sonat that the work would not end until Sept. 3 (see Daily GPI, Aug. 24). The pipeline canceled an associated OFO Type 5 issued Aug. 26 and resumed accepting nominations at the J. W. Gathering point.

Originally scheduled for Sept. 8-15, installation of new facilities at NGPL‘s Sayre Storage Facility (Station 184) in Beckham County, OK is now set for Sept. 21-Oct. 2, the pipeline said Tuesday. During most of this project Sayre Storage will have limited injection capability, and based on current nominations this should not impact shipper scheduling, NGPL said. However, Sayre Storage injection will be completely suspended Sept. 23-24, and on these dates NGPL may require the use of in-the-path transportation to inject into NSS storage. “Injection nominations not transported on an appropriate contract will be at risk of not being scheduled,” NGPL said.

A scheduled outage of Window Rock Station was to end by 3 p.m. MDT Tuesday, allowing capacity of the North Mainline to be increased by 180 MMcf/d effective with Cycle 3 nominations, El Paso said.
