Florida Gas Transmission declared an Overage Alert Day notice Wednesday with 25% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

During routine maintenance on its 507F-600 Line, Tennessee identified a condition requiring that a section of the line be taken out of service Wednesday for immediate repairs. Tennessee anticipates that these repairs will take 10-14 days to complete, during which the offshore East Cameron 62A meter will be out of service.

Citing an earlier notice that the Sand Springs interconnect with Northwest would be shut in from Aug. 17 through the end of the month (see Daily GPI, Aug. 17), CIG said this outage had been resolved and that deliveries to Sand Springs were being resumed Wednesday. CIG’s Natural Buttes Compressor Station will continue to be shut in Aug. 17-31 for plant upgrades and modifications.

Due to a series of maintenance actions (see the bulletin board for details), the capacity of El Paso‘s San Juan Crossover will be reduced by relatively negligible amounts of 10 MMcf/d occasionally during the next few days. However, a much more substantial cut of 305 MMcf/d, nearly half of the Crossover’s base capacity of 620 MMcf/d, is scheduled for Aug. 24-26.
