Panhandle Eastern said an additional unscheduled outage for a top-end overhaul at Liberal (KS) Station’s Unit 317 began Tuesday. This coincides with the original outage to replace a crankshaft on Liberal Unit 315, which has been extended through October, the pipeline said. Operational capacity through Liberal has been reduced to 800,000 Dth/d through the end of September, increasing to 900,000 Dth/d Oct. 1.

The projected return-to-service date of Gallup Station’s electric compressor has been revised from Aug. 5 (see Daily GPI, July 13) to Aug. 13, Transwestern said Tuesday. It had declared a force majeure when the unit went down July 8.

Reflecting an excess of linepack, NOVA changed its imbalance tolerance range Tuesday to 0/-4.

ANR reported completion of work on the ANR/MGT-Chrisney Meter Station in Indiana earlier than expected (see Daily GPI, July 27) and was accepting nominations for flow through the station Tuesday.

An overhaul of Eunice Station’s B turbine previously scheduled for Aug. 2-15 has been delayed until Aug. 15-27 to avoid a possible overlap with repairs of the GE turbine at Wenden Station on the Havasu Crossover, El Paso said. The Eunice B outage will reduce capacity from Eunice to Keystone Station by 120 MMcf/d.
