California’s two giant distributors continued to alternate OFOs. Southern California Gas did not extend a high-linepack OFO beyond Friday, but Pacific Gas & Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Saturday. Penalties of $1/Dth would apply for exceeding zero tolerance for positive daily imbalances.

Florida Gas Transmission canceled an Overage Alert Day notice Friday, but cautioned shippers about the potential for a new one because of forecasts for continued warmer weather in Florida.

Noting ongoing unscheduled maintenance at Station 35 north of Houston, Transco said it continues to experience high pressure upstream of the station. Thus, Saturday it began to restrict upstream receipts for delivery downstream of Station 35 to primary firm transportation only and was not allowing receipt make-up (due pipeline) nominations upstream of the station. These restrictions are expected to continue through the month of July, the pipeline said.
