Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a high-inventory OFO beyond Saturday.

El Paso postponed annual Department of Transportation inspections at Wenden Station by one day to Tuesday through Thursday this week, with the Wenden B turbine remaining down through Friday. Capacity of the Havasu Crossover will be reduced by 210 MMcf/d Tuesday through Thursday and by 10 MMcf/d Friday.

Sonat reported being notified by plant operator Enterprise Operating Partners LLC that a shutdown of the Toca II processing plant in southeast Louisiana that had been planned for Monday (June 21) was delayed until Tuesday. Also, the estimated down time is now 14 hours. Sonat said it expects a richer gas stream, mainly on its south system, as a result of the outage, but does not anticipate any gas quality problems.

Transco said late Friday it has been experiencing nominations in excess of available capacity for gas received upstream of Station 50 in Evangeline Parish, LA for delivery downstream. Depending on its level of FT requests, Transco may need to limit the availability of secondary firm and IT service upstream of the station. All shippers affected by any interruptible capacity allocation will be notified as soon as possible, Transco said, adding that upstream producers and interconnecting pipelines may periodically experience higher than normal pressures.

Transwestern said Monday it had reduced WT-2 Compressor Station capacity to 480,000 MMBtu/d for unplanned maintenance to replace a jacket water cooler pump. Ten points were affected. The station was expected to be back at full capacity of 600,000 MMBtu/d Tuesday.
