Southern California Gas issued a high-linepack OFO for Friday’s Evening Cycle nominations, but did not have one in effect for Saturday’s gas day. The OFO carried a 10% tolerance for positive imbalances.

Due to an unscheduled outage of the Los Medanos storage field compressor K-1, Pacific Gas & Electric said its maximum injection capability has been reduced by 120,000 Dth/d through April 5. However, this reduction will not impact firm injections, the utility said.

Northwest did not set a designated bidding period in announcing it wants to buy about 1 million dekatherms of gas at fixed prices for system use. “Northwest seeks to acquire the gas on an ongoing basis until the needed quantity has been fulfilled,” a bulletin board posting said. Line 1102 south of Dimmitt Station was shut down Friday to lower and replace a section of pipe, El Paso said. The work was expected to last through Monday (March 29) and limited capacity from Plains Station north to 250 MMcf/d.
