Tennessee lifted Monday a systemwide OFO Balancing Alert that had been implemented Nov. 17 (see Daily GPI, Nov. 19). It also lifted an OFO Balancing Alert specific to Contract No. 20206 and resumed adjusting receipts into and deliveries from all Supply Aggregation Pools to a tolerance of +/-500 dekatherms. The pipeline noted that due to continued systemwide high linepack, point operator imbalances could jeopardize its operational integrity.

In response to Tennessee’s action, East Tennessee Natural Gas announced that it was lifting its own Balancing Alert OFO.

Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a high-linepack OFO beyond Saturday.

El Paso will shut in Line 1102 between Plains and Eunice stations Dec. 16 for maintenance. There will be no flow from Plains to Eunice, which means that Bondad, Blanco, Anadarko and Plains supplies can not access the South Mainline that day. Permian supplies will no be able to flow to Plains or points north. Interconnects in the immediate area of Eunice Station will not be affected, El Paso said; the IMLEUNIC, IPHEUNIC and ITEXNEUN points can deliver into EPNG’s South System. Also, deliveries to IMUSTANG will not be affected.

Citing liquids coming in from field gathering, Northern Natural Gas took its Tate Compressor Station down for maintenance Monday and today, affecting 16,000 MMBtu/d.

The operator of the Pascagoula (MS) Gas Plant informed Destin Pipeline that it has rescheduled plant maintenance to begin Jan. 12 and tentatively run through Feb. 2. This is expected to limit capacity to one of the plant’s trains during this period. The work previously had been set for Jan. 3-24.

Trunkline said Friday it does not anticipate any dehydration or conditioning charges on the Terrebonne System during the month of December.

El Paso said it will extend Line 1200 repairs between the Williams and Seligman stations through Jan. 6. North Mainline capacity was increased recently because of cooler ambient temperatures at the compressor stations, the pipeline said, but the continuing outage on Line 1200 is withholding 50 MMcf/d from the North Mainline’s normal winter capacity.
