Florida Gas Transmission ended an Overage Alert Day notice Thursday. PG&E Gas Transmission-Northwest (GTN) announced a maintenance postponement. An outage of compressor Unit 4B, previously scheduled for Wednesday through today, is now set for Oct. 3-5. It will limit Kingsgate capacity to 2,390 MMcf/d. GTN also said it will begin an unscheduled overhaul of the A compressor at Station 11 next Tuesday, The work, which will continue through Sept. 30, will cut capacity through Station 14 to 1,870 MMcf/d.

Citing nominations at capacity, Tennessee restricted 100% of Tertiary Services (Park/Loan Payback, IT-X, IT, AOT, Payback, EDS/ERS, Tertiary) and sealed through Secondary Services (Park/Loan Payback, IT-X, IT, AOT, Payback, EDS/ERS, Tertiary, Secondary) for receipts at meters upstream of Station 843 on the 800 Line, including the Zone L 800 Leg pool meter, effective with Thursday’s Timely cycle. Meters on the west and southwest legs of the Blue Water System were excluded from the restriction and seal.

The Matagorda Offshore Pipeline System’s Refugio delivery interconnect with Florida Gas Transmission will be reduced to zero flow Oct. 1-31 as FGT replaces about 7,260 feet of 20-inch mainline upstream of Compressor Station 3 in Refugio County, TX. MidCon, Tejas, HPL, NGPL, Gulf South and Seadrift were listed as alternate delivery points for MOPS in FGT’s Zone 1.

NGPL has begun repairs on the section of the #1 line south of Station 302 in Segment 22 of its Gulf Coast system. Volumes through the #2 line continue to flow at a reduced level and pressure. Because of these conditions, AOR, ITS and FTS Secondary out-of-path volumes will not be scheduled, NGPL said. Primary FTS service will be available but may be subject to reduction. Repairs on the #1 line will continue through the rest of this month and into October. Upon completion of the #1 line work, repairs on the #2 line will begin. They will last at least six to eight weeks.

The #3 compressor at El Paso’s Roswell (NM) Station will be down for unscheduled maintenance today, reducing San Juan Crossover capacity by 30 MMcf/d.
