On Tuesday, the day that Transwestern was scheduled to end maintenance on the dehydration unit at Ivanhoe Station on the Lipcomb/Mocane Lateral (see Daily GPI, July 10), the pipeline announced that the work has been extended through July 18 due to unavailability of parts. The project is impacting 80,000 MMBtu/d.

PG&E Gas Transmission-Northwest (GTN) reported that about 11 p.m. PDT Monday a lightning strike at Station 13 caused multiple station shutdowns. GTN lowered capacity through Station 14 to 1,690 MMcf/d effective with Tuesday’s Intraday 1 cycle until further notice.

Proactive nominations by shippers, re-sourcing supplies out of the area affected by the Seymour (IN) Compressor Station maintenance (see Daily GPI, July 10), have allowed Texas Eastern to schedule nominations as requested with no additional restriction of receipts between the Joaquin (TX) Compressor Station and Seymour, the pipeline said Tuesday. However, the 24-inch system is scheduled to capacity today’s gas day. Texas Eastern reminded shippers that the maintenance is still scheduled through Friday, and any increase in receipts in the affected area could cause a restriction.

Two of the three Bondad Station turbines will return to service today as scheduled, El Paso said. However, the Bondad 2A turbine will remain down through today, reducing station capacity by 85 MMcf/d.
