Announcing a cleaning and smart pigging operation late this month on Line 30120 from Panoma, TX to Elk City, OK in the Anadarko Basin area, El Paso said it must maintain minimum west-to-east flows on the line. From June 23 through 27, a range of 80-120 MMcf/d is needed for cleaning, while a steady flow of 80 MMcf/d is required June 28-30 to achieve proper travel speed for the smart pig runs, El Paso said. To encourage nomination of the required volumes, the pipeline will offer discounted mainline rates of a penny for gas received in San Juan Basin (including the Blanco, Bondad and Plains pools) and delivered to the ICANUTE or INGPLW#7 interconnects.
