Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a systemwide Stage 3low-inventory OFO (see Daily GPI, Aug. 30) beyond Wednesday.

Northern Natural Gas will take the dehydrator on its BeaverSoutheast system in the Oklahoma Panhandle out of service formaintenance Sept. 16, affecting 90,000 MMBtu/d at receipt pointsthat day.

CMS Energy will implement several enhancements and changes Sept.1 to the Messenger bulletin board system for its pipeline companies(Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line, Trunkline Gas, Southwest Gas,Trunkline LNG and Sea Robin Pipeline). All bulletin board optionswill be available on the Informational Postings web site:www.messenger.cmsenergy.com. All Messenger access will be via theInternet; CMS will no longer offer dial-up access to a proprietarymodem bank using ProComm software after Sept. 1. Research has shownthat virtually all customers have already switched to Internetaccess, CMS said. Informational postings for Sea Robin will bemoved from its current location on Sonat’s SoNet Premier system toMessenger; however, Customer Activities functionality for Sea Robinbusiness will continue to be conducted on SoNet Premier for a fewmore months.
