The Pascagoula (MS) Gas Plant has informed Destin Pipeline thattwo to three days of maintenance is tentatively planned to begin atthe plant on April 30 and it expected to require shutting in boththe plant and pipeline during that period. The two entities areworking together to minimize the duration of the shut-in, with theplant using last week’s downtime to initiate some of the workoriginally expected to occur during the April shut-in.

El Paso said the schedule for preparing Line 1103 in the PermianBasin for “smart pigging” has been changed from a preliminarynotice last month. Capacity through Keystone Station would not bereduced from last Friday through today, but there might be higherpressures upstream for the first six hours of each day. OnWednesday and Thursday of this week, capacity from Keystone toPecos River Station will be reduced by 335 MMcf/d, affecting 37points. Based on results of the March 3-6 Keystone shutdown, ElPaso encouraged residue plants in the Eunice area to schedule theirsupply to delivery points in the Plains and/or Anadarko areas toavoid having to physically shut in production.

Transwestern has scheduled April 2-5 maintenance at the La Plata(CO) Compressor Station. La Plata capacity will be cut from itsnormal 500,000 MMBtu/d to zero April 2 and 3; about 300,000 MMBtu/dof capacity will be restored April 4 and 5. Affected points will beNorthwest/Ignacio, Williams/Ignacio and Amoco Florida.
