Pacific Gas & Electric issued a customer-specific OFO totake effect today. As of Tuesday morning the utility was projectingabove-target linepack levels through Friday.

Texas Eastern said its 24-Inch System, which includes all24-inch pipe in Zone M-1 as well as the northerly parts of ZoneEast Texas between Longview, TX and Little Rock, AR, has beenscheduled to capacity since just before the weekend. No nominationsfor additional physical receipts were being accepted from 21 metersfor Tuesday’s gas day, the pipeline said, and operators in theaffected area may experience higher than normal pressures.

PG&E Gas Transmission-Northwest had to extend maintenance atStation 10 (Kent, OR) for at least one more day after failing tocomplete the work Monday afternoon as expected (see Daily GPI, April 25). However, the associatedcurtailment to 1,880 MMcf/d at Station 14 (Bonanza, OR), is notinterrupting any service because Station 14 nominations are below thatlevel, a spokeswoman said.

Of El Paso’s total of 614 MMcf/d of Block II capacity to theCalifornia border, 34.213 MMcf/d remains unsold as of May 1, 2000,the pipeline reported. The contract for Block II capacity specifiesonly PG&E-Topock as a primary delivery point.

Transwestern will perform balance tests May 16 at BistiCompressor Station, reducing San Juan Lateral capacity by 50 MMcf/dto about 750 MMcf/d.

CIG has once again extended the open season deadline on itsproposed Raton Basin Area Expansion (see Daily GPI, April 12), this time from April 24 untilMay. 1. Other related dates have also been adjusted, CIG said.
