After projecting earlier that linepack on its California Gas Transmission system might exceed maximum target levels going into the weekend, Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Saturday. Penalties of $1/Dth were set for exceeding a relatively lenient (at least for PG&E) tolerance of 20% on positive daily imbalances.

Florida Gas Transmission extended an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers at least through Friday, leaving the tolerance for negative daily imbalances at 20%.

ANR said Thursday it was beginning unplanned repairs at its Marshfield (WI) Compressor Station that would limit Viking-Marshfield receipt capacity to 270 MMcf/d until further notice. Based on current nominations there, ANR said it anticipated curtailment of IT and Firm Secondary nominations.

Southern Natural Gas reported Friday that it had completed scheduled maintenance at White Castle Compressor Station in South Louisiana and was restoring full capacity in its Group 40-Franklinton West segment effective with Saturday’s gas day.
