Southern California Gas waited until Thursday afternoon to announce a high-linepack OFO for Friday. It carried a 10% tolerance for positive daily imbalances.

Although Northern Natural Gas had said earlier that a System Underrun Limitation (SUL) that began Thursday for all market-area zones (ABC, D and EF) would extend through the next day, it has lifted the SUL, saying, “scheduled quantities in the market area are reasonably close to the forecasted loads.”

Tennessee will implement a systemwide Imbalance Warning Friday, saying mild weather in its service area and storage field testing left it with limited ability to absorb imbalances caused by overdeliveries by receipt point operators into the system and undertakes by delivery point operators.

Transco reported experiencing an excessive amount of liquid being received at the Bayou Black liquids handling facility in Gibson, LA, on the Southeast Louisiana Lateral. “The downstream operator has had difficulty finding suitable markets for this condensate leading to high storage tank levels,” the pipeline said. It cut scheduled volumes at the Ship Shoal 332 Cleo meter effective with Intraday 2 nominations Thursday and said it expected “that this condition could continue for the next several days.”

CIG canceled a force majeure declaration on Line 5A after repairs at the Laramie Compressor Station yard were completed Wednesday. Capacity at the Laramie East Constraint was restored to the 770 MMcf/d level, CIG said.
