A System Overrun Limitation is in effect today for all NorthernNatural Gas market area zones.

With linepack hovering near its lower target levels, Pacific Gas& Electric had a customer-specific OFO in place Monday but didnot extend it into today.

Sea Robin reported being informed that downstream deliveries maybe further restricted effective March 1 due to the high heatingvalue content of gas on Sea Robin’s system. Thus, as of Thursday’sgas day Sea Robin will require that all receipts have heatingvalues no greater than 1,050 Btus per cubic foot or that shippersprovide proof of processing of such gas in order to avoid theshut-in of production.

El Paso will take Line 3110 out of service March 5-11. TheIVEALMOR interconnect will not be able to make deliveries into ElPaso for the full seven days.

On March 5 Panhandle Eastern will take a compressor unit atCashion Station on Oklahoma’s Elk City Lateral out of service formaintenance that is expected to be completed by April 6. The workwill reduce Cashion capacity by 45 MMcf/d.

Transco reported the North Terrebonne Gas Processing Plant inSouth Louisiana will shut down for planned maintenance on March 19.The outage is expected to last seven to 10 days.

Reminding shippers of a previous notice that effective Feb. 1until further notice the operator of the Enterprise-Toca ProcessingPlant in South Louisiana had elected not to replace Btus lostduring the processing of “stranger gas,” Sonat said Monday thesituation is unchanged for March. The pipeline defined stranger gasas supplies “upstream of the Toca processing plants where no partyhas elected to process the interest owner’s gas for its ownaccount.”
