After ending a two-day systemwide Stage 3 high-inventory OFO Saturday, Pacific Gas and Gas implemented another OFO for Sunday on its California Gas Transmission system but allowed that one to lapse Monday.

Rockies Express (REX) declared a force majeure event following a rupture Saturday morning east of Chandlersville Compressor Station in Muskingum County, OH. The impacted section has been isolated and evacuated of gas. The incident is under investigation, but REX said it has not yet determined the duration of the outage. Until further notice nominations through Segment 390 are not being scheduled and five pipeline interconnects remain unavailable.

Due to nominations exceeding available capacity at Willard Compressor Station, where Northwest is performing repairs through Nov. 25, the pipeline has notified shippers of a Declared Deficiency Period at Willard that will continue until the work is finished.

CIG said capacity through the Big Horn North (BHN) constraint point may fluctuate between 45 MMcf/d and 90 MMcf/d while the pipeline performs maintenance Tuesday through Friday at Elk Basin Compressor Station. Based on current operations, CIG said Monday it will schedule BHN only to 45 MMcf/d during the maintenance project.

Southern California Gas said it has lost 50 MMcf/d of injection capability from Monday through Wednesday at its Honor Rancho storage facility while compressor Unit #5 is out of service for water leak repairs.
