Citing “limited operational flexibility, high storage levels and continuing mild weather,” Tennessee said a systemwide OFO Action Alert will become effective Saturday for all Balancing Parties, “including LMS-PA, SA contracts acting as balancing parties, LMS-MA and LMS-PL balancing parties.” Affected customers will be required to maintain an actual daily flow rate not exceeding 2% above scheduled quantities or 500 Dth, whichever is greater, for overdeliveries into the system and undertakes from the system. With Florida temperatures forecast to reach the low 90s, Florida Gas Transmission issued an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers Wednesday with 25% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Columbia Gas (TCO) said it is deeming Thursday as a “Critical Day” for storage. “Based on storage injection capacity and on forecasted firm storage injection requirements,” TCO said it projects that all available capacity will be required to meet firm service obligations and there is unlikely to be any availability of interruptible storage services. ANR reported completing maintenance at its Bridgman Compressor Station and said all associated restrictions on St. John W-E (west to east) capacity were lifted Wednesday.

TGT said it completed unscheduled maintenance at the Columbia (LA) Compressor Station and returned capacity there to the full 770,000 MMBtu/d Wednesday. The capacity had been reduced to 660,000 MMBtu/d since the work began July 31.
