Citing “unseasonably high inventory levels at Clay Basin [storage facility],” Questar said it will not accept any ISS (interruptible) injection or transfer nominations there effective June 1 until further notice.

Based on improved operating conditions in its Southwest Area, ANR said it will lift Wednesday all receipt capacity restrictions at the Beaver-CIG interconnect will be lifted.

Scheduled Tuesday-Friday annual inspections at the Muddy Creek Compressor Station are limiting capacity to 561,000 Dth/d through the Muddy Creek North constraint point, Northwest said, and primary firm nominations there are exceeding that volume. A Declared Deficiency Period for Muddy Creek North was implemented for Tuesday through Friday. However, Northwest said, as a result of the deficiency at the Muddy Creek North Constraint, scheduled volumes at the Soda Springs Compressor Station had fallen to less than the available capacity, allowing the Declared Deficiency Period at Soda Springs to end Monday.

Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) is holding a binding open season through June 8 for two blocks of firm capacity on the Baja Path of its California Gas Transmission (CGT) system. “CGT has identified expansion projects that may be implemented based on customer interest, including a new Arvin receipt point located near the Kern River Station Interconnect,” PG&E said. Annual firm transmission capacity on the Baja Path has been sold out through December 2013, the utility added. However, “our customers have expressed interest in additional Baja capacity and we are ready to serve them via this open season,” said Roger Graham, PG&E’s manager, wholesale marketing and business development.
