In expectation of “a return to moderate temperatures in its market area,” Transco said it will end Tuesday the Imbalance OFO that was implemented Sunday. A restriction on nominating due-shipper imbalance makeups also will be lifted, Transco said, but other scheduling restrictions currently in place will continue.

Due to “continued cold temperatures,” Northern Natural Gas posted a System Overrun Limitation (SOL) for all market-area zones Sunday and Monday. Zero System Management Service was available, Northern said. The SOL was to be lifted Tuesday.

Citing “customer cooperation and net injections at Jackson Prairie [storage facility] over the last few days,” Northwest lifted Saturday the Stage II (8% tolerance) Overrun Entitlements for Receiving Parties north of the Plymouth and Kemmerer compressor stations.

Due to unscheduled pipeline repairs along its Southwest Mainline upstream of Havensville (KS) Compressor Station, ANR said it will accept only Firm Primary nominations through the SW Mainline-CFTP segment beginning Tuesday until further notice.

NOVA plans to change its system imbalance tolerance range to 0/+4 at the start of Tuesday’s gas day.

East Tennessee Natural Gas (ETNG) said it was experiencing “large cumulative due-shipper imbalances on its system,” and predicted low system demand conditions starting Wednesday. ETNG said it is taking action to balance certain LMSMA contracts effective for Wednesday’s gas day, “or any day thereafter, if significant corrective action has not been taken to reduce imbalances by the beginning” of Tuesday’s gas day. Noting that it currently has a line isolated for maintenance between its Olga and Gate 6 platforms, Southern Natural Gas said it has completed work between Gate 7 and Gate 6 and this section will be placed in service Tuesday. As a result the Cox Bay receipt point should be able to resume flow “sometime during the day” Tuesday. Southern said it would begin accepting nominations for this point in the Timely Cycle for Tuesday. Southern added that it will still have a pipeline section out of service between the Olga and Gate 7 platforms, but said there is no impact to producers in this section.

Subject to completion of required construction activities, TGT said it anticipates placing its Fayetteville Phase 1 Expansion Facilities (Conway County, AR, to Bald Knob in White County, AR) into service Wednesday. Five receipt points and two delivery interconnects will become available when expansion service begins, with another delivery interconnect (MRT-Bald Knob) expected to be added Friday.
