In expectation of a return to moderate temperatures in its market area early this week, Transco said it planned to end Sunday the Imbalance OFO that was implemented Thursday. A restriction on nominating due-shipper imbalance makeups also would be lifted, Transco said, but other scheduling restrictions currently in place will continue.

Due to forecasts of a severe cold front moving into the Pacific Northwest over the weekend, Northwest declared a Stage II (8% imbalance tolerance) Overrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north of Plymouth Compressor Station, including the Spokane, Wenatchee and Grants Pass laterals. The Overrun Entitlement was to become effective Saturday until further notice. Northwest reminded customers of an OFO remaining in effect at Kemmerer Compressor Station (see Daily GPI, Oct. 13). The pipeline said it will issue OFO notices to affected shippers once the following OFO triggers have been reached: Northwest’s storage balance north of Kemmerer drops below the OFO storage balance threshold, and primary firm scheduled quantities exceed its estimated operational capacity. Customers can monitor these triggers on Northwest’s website.

Northwest also reported anticipating that anomaly investigations on the Reno and Wenatchee laterals would be completed Saturday (Dec. 13), and as a result the design capacities of 158,000 Dth/d at Owyhee Compressor Station and 47,666 Dth/d at Zillah Compressor Station would be restored for Sunday’s gas day. “Since the work is not yet completed, any unforeseen changes to this schedule will be communicated to the customers as soon as possible,” Northwest said Friday.

Trunkline said Friday an unplanned outage would begin Saturday at Kaplan Compressor Station in South Louisiana. The outage will limit backflow nominations to 250,000 Dth/day until further notice.

A four-day outage at Liberal (KS) Compressor Station to replace the Unit 319 power turbine will begin Tuesday, Panhandle Eastern said. During the outage Liberal capacity will be limited to 800 MMcf/d.

TGT added the Miami Corp #1 receipt point to its master location list Friday, saying the point is located on the Southwest Supply Lateral.
