Florida Gas Transmission allowed an Overage Alert Day (OAD) to end Saturday, then implemented another one Sunday with 25% tolerance for negative daily imbalances. The OAD was continued through at least Monday with the tolerance tightened to 20%.

MRT further revised a System Protection Warning that began Aug. 29 (see Daily GPI, Sept. 2) with the changes to take effect at the start of Tuesday’s gas day. See the bulletin board for details.

Trunkline said all delivery locations in its East Louisiana zone had been cleared for flow and nominations as of Monday except for the Sea Robin Interconnect. It also reported that the Calumet Processing Plant operated by Enterprise Products Operating LLC and the Patterson II Plant operated by CDM Max LLC have had commercial power restored.

Citing “the seasonal decline in injection capacity related to increasing field pressures with increasing inventory,” Questar said it must reduce injection capacity at its Clay Basin storage facility to 355,000 Dth/d effective with Tuesday’s gas day.

Northwest reported experiencing mechanical failures of both units Saturday at the La Plata B Compressor Station. Repairs are under way, Northwest said. It notified shippers of a Declared Deficiency Period that began Saturday and was still in effect Monday, when Northwest reduced available capacity at the station to 300,000 Dth/d in the Intraday 1 nominations cycle. Based on a design capacity of 348,000 Dth/d, Monday’s Daily Deficiency Volume was 48,000 Dth/d, the pipeline said.

CenterPoint required seven meters to shut in Saturday until further notice as it issued an Operational Alert due to a line failure on Line O in Logan County, AR.

Southern Natural Gas reported Sunday that Enterprise Processing had resumed processing gas on its system.

El Paso will be unable to withdraw or inject at its Washington Ranch storage facility during annual emergency shutdown/Department of Transportation checks and a bottom hole pressure survey that are scheduled for Sept. 15-22. The pipeline encouraged shippers to monitor their supplies and manage takes to remain in balance during the Washington Ranch work. El Paso also plans to replace 12 power pistons on Unit #1 at the facility during the Sept. 15-25 period, which will limit it to about 65 MMcf/d of injection capacity Sept. 23-25.

Columbia Gas will take Line BM-74 near Kenova Compressor Station and Line HB on the discharge side of Hubball Compressor Station out of service for short pipeline replacements, all of which are scheduled to be completed in one day on Sept. 16. All interruptible production at six scheduling points will be shut in that day. Additionally, firm contracts at another seven measuring stations will be shut in. See the bulletin board for lists of affected points.

ANR extended the expected completion of engine repairs at its LaGrange (IN) Compressor Station to Sept. 15; previously it had expected to finish the work Monday (see Daily GPI, Sept. 2). ANR also said that based on the operations of itself and processing plants in the area, it will accept nominations for up to 180,000 Dth/d from receipt points upstream of the Patterson (LA) Compressor Station. However, the Eugene Island 18/34 and Ship Shoal 207/Manta Ray offshore locations are not yet available for service, ANR said.
