Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a systemwide low-inventory OFO beyond Tuesday.

Pig runs and engine maintenance that began Tuesday (see Daily GPI, April 17) are limiting available capacity at the Plymouth North constraint point and Pegram Compressor Station to 453,000 Dth/d and 610,000 Dth/d, respectively, Northwest noted. Due to primary firm nominations exceeding the available capacities, Northwest notified shippers of a Declared Deficiency Period being implemented Tuesday at both locations. The one at Plymouth North is expected to last through Friday, while the one at Pegram should end after Thursday, the pipeline said. See the bulletin board for further details.

ANR said Tuesday it had completed engine repairs at Sandwich Compressor Station in Illinois and lifted all associated capacity restrictions.
