Questar ended a late-March restriction on imbalance payback nominations Wednesday and said it will accept such nominations “to and from the pipeline as capacity is operationally available.”

Southern California Gas added two new receipt points to its Envoy nominations system Wednesday. They are Blythe, from North Baja Pipeline with capacity of 1,200 MMcf/d, and Otay Mesa, from Transportadora de Gas Natural with capacity of 800 MMcf/d.

Northwest has scheduled April 22-25 pig runs in the corridor between the Plymouth and Roosevelt compressor stations, which will reduce available capacity at the Plymouth North constraint point from 553,000 Dth/d to 453,000 Dth/d. And an April 22-24 engine exchange will reduce available capacity at the Pegram Compressor Station from 654,000 Dth/d to 610,000 Dth/d, Northwest said. Scheduled quantities for the April 16 gas day at Plymouth North and Pegram were approximately 516,000 Dth and 677,000 Dth, respectively, the pipeline added. If primary nominations during the work periods exceed design and/or available capacity, Northwest said, it will issue an OFO and/or declare a deficiency period as necessary.
