Expecting linepack on its California Gas Transmission system to dip below minimum target levels Tuesday through Thursday, Pacific Gas & Electric issued a customer-specific OFO for Wednesday.

Noting maintenance scheduled for Tuesday through Thursday this week at the Burley and Muddy Creek compressor stations, Northwest said Monday afternoon that primary firm nominations through the stations have exceeded the available capacity. Thus it notified shippers of Declared Deficiency Periods beginning Tuesday at Burley and the Muddy Creek North constraint point. Based on Burley’s design capacity of 593,000 Dth/d, the Daily Deficiency Volume there is 124,000 Dth/d, Northwest said, and based on Muddy Creek North’s design capacity of 652,000 Dth/d, the Daily Deficiency Volume there is 89,000 Dth/d. The deficiency periods are expected to last through Thursday’s gas day.

Bondad Station capacity will be cut to zero April 15 and through Cycle 3 nominations April 16 due to emergency shutdown testing and Department of Transportation-mandated maintenance, El Paso said. From a base of 745 MMcf/d, the work also will reduce Bondad capacity by 143 MMcf/d on April 14 and April 17, and by 450 MMcf/d on April 16 beginning with Cycle 3.
