Pacific Gas & Electric and Southern California Gas did not extend high-linepack OFOs beyond Saturday.

Citing the return of more seasonable weather, Dominion lifted Monday an OFO that had been implemented last week (see Daily GPI, Oct. 25).

Tennessee canceled Monday a force majeure declaration made earlier this month in conjunction with equipment failure at Compressor Station 847 in Grenada, MS (see Daily GPI, Oct. 8).

After a review of its operational flexibility over the weekend and an agreement with operators to restrict deliveries into the system during a maintenance outage in the Cheyenne, WY area of about six hours scheduled for Tuesday (see Daily GPI, Oct. 29), Cheyenne Plains said Monday it will be able to schedule 475 MMcf through the Cheyenne Plains West constraint point for Tuesday’s gas day. This volume will affect the Red Cloud, Thunder Chief, Curley and Crazy Bear receipt points, Cheyenne Plains said, but receipts nominated on the Yuma Lateral will not be affected.

Southern Natural Gas reported completing maintenance on its 30-inch diameter White Castle Franklinton Loop line in South Louisiana, allowing it to raise capacity on the West Leg to 720,000 Dth/d Friday. Southern noted, however, that a force majeure will remain in effect due to a unit at White Castle Compressor Station being unavailable until mid-January 2008 because of foundation repairs. During this outage West Leg capacity will be reduced by about 50,000 Dth/d.

Transco said it will resume taking due-pipeline imbalance makeup nominations and return pool imbalance tolerances to 4% Tuesday. Park and Loan paybacks will also be allowed beginning Tuesday, the pipeline added, but it will continue to disallow excess storage injections under Rate Schedules GSS, WSS and WSS-OA until further notice.

Northwest said it was completing the majority of anomaly investigations in the northern section of its mainline between the Muddy Creek North Constraint Point and Kemmerer Compressor Station Monday morning, and as a result it would increase available capacity at Muddy Creek North from 567,000 Dth/d to 647,000 Dth/d effective with Evening cycle nominations for Monday’s gas day.
