Florida Gas Transmission did not extend an Overage Alert Day beyond Tuesday.

Transco reported encountering additional anomaly repair work downstream of the Sabine River. Starting Friday it will limit service to Primary Firm only for gas received upstream and delivered downstream of the river, which forms much of the boundary between Louisiana and Texas. The restriction is expected to continue until line replacement is completed Oct. 23.

Gulf South will install new metering equipment at the DuPont-Pontchartrain Plant in St. John the Baptist Parish, LA, starting Tuesday. The location will be shut in and unavailable for service during the work, which is expected to last four days.

ANR Pipeline and Great Lakes Gas Transmission (GLGT) are holding a nonbinding open season through 2 p.m. CST Dec. 10 for bidirectional firm transportation from new supply interconnects along the ANR Southeast Mainline (SEML) to major U.S. and Canadian market points. Called the ANR Central Supply Header Project, it will use existing capacity supplemented as necessary with new facilities on ANR and/or GLGT. “Although ANR’s SEML has historically flowed Gulf Coast supplies northward to Midwest markets, planned interconnections with several new major supply pipelines present the opportunity for ANR and GLGT to offer bidirectional transportation services from these new supply connections to markets north and south,” the posting on the project said. See the pipelines’ bulletin boards for more information.
