Southern California Gas said Monday that due to high inventories in its storage fields, it had reduced injection capacity by 60 MMcf/d. Then in a Tuesday update it said another 17 MMcf/d of injection was lost because of electrical repairs to the No. 8 main unit at its Playa Del Rey field.

Gulf South began unscheduled maintenance Wednesday on Goodrich Compressor Station’s Unit No. 5. It estimated that the work would continue for about 10 days and could reduce capacity through the station by as much as 50,000 Dth/d. The pipeline also said Wednesday it had completed maintenance on Goodrich’s Unit No. 1 and was postponing scheduled work on Unit No. 3 until further notice.
