El Paso issued a strained operating condition (SOC) warning notice on Tuesday. The combination of receipt underperfomance and deliveries in excess of scheduled quantities has created problems on the southern system. The pipeline company said performance caps will be placed on receipts that are not performing up to scheduled quantities. Shippers were urged to bring their supply in balance with their takes. If the situation does not improve, El Paso will declare an SOC.

FGT once again declared an overage alert day with a 25% tolerance because of hot weather in its market area.
