Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a systemwide Stage 3 high-inventory OFO beyond Tuesday.

Florida Gas Transmission allowed an Overage Alert Day to expire Tuesday.

Noting that it had asked all ISS (interruptible) storage holders to bring their working gas inventory to zero by Oct. 7 (see Daily GPI, Sept. 7), Questar issued an OFO for ISS customers with negative account balances. Effective Tuesday, such customers were required to make an injection and corresponding transportation nomination on either Questar or Northwest in order to bring the working gas balance to zero. Affected shippers were notified of the OFO Monday, Questar said.

Texas Eastern added Valero Refining and PGW Penrose to two other meter stations in the Philadelphia area where it has resumed taking nominations after a maintenance-related shutdown (see Daily GPI, Sept. 26). The first valve section on Line 1-A is back in service and service will be restored on the line’s second valve section by the start of Wednesday’s gas day, the pipeline said. Three other meter stations remain unavailable for now.

Northwest said Wednesday it still intends to perform mainline pipe replacements between the Rangely and Cisco Compressor Stations in its Vernal District on Oct. 3, but has revised the anticipated duration of the outage from 36 hours to 24 hours. During this period Northwest has established a mainline cut point just north of the Dragon Trail receipt point. All nomination requests through this point will be cut to a net zero. In addition, Northwest will be unable to accept gas from the Sand Springs, Dragon Trail, West Douglas and Foundation Creek receipt points.

Dominion reported completing work on Cornwell Station’s Engine #8 and has returned it to service, allowing production in bubbles 2205 and 2206 to be brought back up to normal levels.
