Pacific Gas & Electric declared a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Saturday and said penalties of $1/Dth will be assessed to shippers who exceed a 5% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Citing lower linepack and Florida forecasts of mid 90s temperatures, Florida Gas Transmission issued an Overage Alert Day Friday with 25% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Southern California Gas extended a high-linepack OFO that began Friday through at least Saturday.

Due to a Gold Creek Compressor Station outage starting Monday (Sept. 18), NOVA will remove all IT service in Segments 3 and 4 and at a number of meter stations (see the bulletin board for details) in Segment 7 (upstream of Gold Creek). IT will be restored at 8 p.m. MDT Sept. 29, NOVA said.

Northwest will not accept injection or withdrawal nominations at the Jackson Prairie Storage facility during an Oct. 1-5 shut-in to conduct an annual bottom hole pressure test.

Southern Natural Gas reported having completed sufficient repairs to its facilities upstream of Toca (LA) Compressor Station that it has resumed accepting nominations at the Lake Washington North #2 Phillips receipt point. See the bulletin board for a list of other points upstream of Toca that suffered hurricane damage last year but where service had previously restored.

Westcoast restored its imbalance tolerance range to the normal 10% pack/10% draft following a lengthy period in which it encouraged drafting of the system by setting the range at zero pack/20% draft.
