Northwest said issued a declared deficiency period beginning Sept. 8, 2005 and lasting 24 hours. The pipeline is replacing several segments of its mainline containing anomalies that were discovered earlier this year. The segments are located just north of the Cisco Compressor Station between milepost 195 and milepost 213. Since there will be no flow through the mainline during the deficiency period, Northwest will cut nominations to zero. Grand Gas Receipt, Harley Dome Delivery, and Grand Valley Receipt will be shut-in.

Destin said it was ready to accept production receipts on Wednesday from points with less than a 1.075 Btu factor. Contact Destin Scheduling at (918) 660-4427 to establish the communication protocol that will be in place during initial start-up.

Southern said working storage capacity on is 60 Bcf and as of Thursday, Sept. 1 it had 42.6 Bcf of working gas in storage or 71% of capacity, compared to 53.6 Bcf or 89% of capacity at the same time last year and 49.6 Bcf or 83% of capacity at the same time in 2003.

Florida Gas said it will continue performing unscheduled maintenance during the entire month of September on one of the two compressor units at the FGT/Transco St. Helena interconnect, reducing scheduled flows by about one-third to 20,000 Dth/d. Unscheduled maintenance also will continue on one of the two compressors at Compressor Station No. 3 in Port Lavaca, TX, resulting in flows of 160,000 Dth/d compared to 230,000 Dth/d normally. Maintenance also will be performed on one of the three compressors at Compressor Station No. 7 in Eunice, LA, resulting in flow of up to 350,000 Dth/d compared to 430,000 Dth/d normally. FGT said it has increased flows at the ANR St. Landry Interconnect to 175,000 Dth/d.
