Florida Gas Transmission tightened the tolerance for negative daily imbalances from 10% to 5% as it extended an Overage Alert Day notice for its market area through at least Tuesday.

Northwest said due to a mechanical failure, it must complete unplanned maintenance at the Oregon City compressor station. On-site personnel have returned Unit #2 at the station to service but are continuing to work on Unit #1, which may require an additional 10 days to repair, the pipeline said Monday. It has a mobile Saturn compressor package at Oregon City. When operated in combination with one of the station’s permanent units, it brings the capacity to 213,000 Dth/d, which is what Northwest will limit the station to during the maintenance. Scheduled Oregon City quantities after the Timely cycle for Tuesday’s gas day totaled 151,299 Dth/d, so it did not expect any capacity cuts during the work. However, if the scheduled volume should exceed 213,000 Dth/d, Northwest will declare a deficiency period and cut nominations accordingly.
