Sonat implemented an OFO Type 6 for short imbalances effective Monday until further notice. Tiered penalties apply to customers falling short of scheduled receipts by 2% or 200 dekatherms, whichever is greater. Those running long imbalances will not be penalized.

Due to lower linepack and freezing temperatures again being forecasted for the northern half of Florida, Florida Gas Transmission alerted all market-area customers that it was issuing an Overage Alert Day notice Tuesday with 15% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Dominion issued an OFO, effective at 10 p.m. EST Tuesday, saying that hourly quantities delivered to customer(s) at certain Delivery Areas (see the bulletin board for details) may be in excess of the quantities that it can deliver without jeopardizing its ability to provide firm services to other customers. The OFO requires that each affected customer limit delivery fluctuations to those areas, and that some customers must reduce deliveries from Dominion at specified delivery points to the levels stated in Rate Schedule FTNN.

Northern Natural Gas kept a System Overrun Limitation notice in effect for all market zones through Monday, then lifted it Tuesday.

Citing decreased demand and forecast temperatures, ANR lifted Tuesday all restrictions that had been in effect for the state of Wisconsin under an “Extreme Condition” declared Friday.

CenterPoint canceled at noon CST Tuesday a System Wide Alert issued last Thursday that required all shippers and pool managers to remain in balance and barred customers from exceeding their hourly take entitlements by more than 10%.

MRT said a System Protection Warning would no longer be in effect at the start of Wednesday’s gas day.
