Due to below zero minimum temperatures in its Zone E/F service area, Northern Natural Gas declared a System Overrun Limitation day for Saturday in that zone.

Florida Gas Transmission kept an Overage Alert Day notice in effect for a fourth day Friday but loosened the tolerance for negative daily imbalances from 15% to 20%.

Columbia Gas issued an OFO Friday to shippers under all transportation rate schedules that take delivery at its Rock Springs Station. The OFO was to become effective at 3 p.m. EST Saturday and limited hourly takes at the point to 105% of 1/24th of scheduled daily quantities or to hourly rates specified in a shipper’s service agreement.

Iroquois is taking bids through 3 p.m. EST Dec. 28 for up to 15,000 Dth/d of Rate Schedule RTS capacity between the Waddington receipt point and the Wright delivery point. The capacity will be available from April 2, 2005 to April 1, 2006, although bidders may request longer terms (shorter terms will not be allowed). See the bulletin board for details.
