Transwestern reported experiencing an unspecified force majeure event around midday Wednesday at the Gallup (NM) Compressor Station. A unit is down and teams are evaluating the situation, the pipeline said. As a precautionary measure, Transwestern began allocating approximately 81,000 MMBtu/d of receipt volumes on the San Juan Lateral (cutting lateral capacity to 800,000 MMBtu/d) for Wednesday’s gas day and until further notice. Florida Gas Transmission ended an Overage Alert Day notice Wednesday after it had been in effect for two days.

Northwest said its Rockies Expansion project team will be welding on hot-tap fittings Thursday for new loop tie-ins between the Green River and Pegram compressor stations. As a result, there will be no on-system balancing that day, and Park and Loan service at Questar‘s Clay Basin storage facility will be cut to zero.

Gulf South will perform maintenance Sept. 3-Nov. 15 on a unit at Montpelier Compressor Station in St. Helena Parish, LA. During this work capacity north of the station could be reduced as much as 75 MMcf/d. The pipeline also said that unscheduled maintenance on Index 293 near Point a la Hache in Plaquemines Parish, LA has been extended through Friday. The work, which started last week and was expected to last about four days, is affecting as much as 120 MMcf/d of capacity in the New Orleans area. The Stone #2 Well point is shut in for the duration of this maintenance.

Station 527 will be unavailable Sept. 10-12 while filters are being replaced, Tennessee said. No customer impact is expected, but the possibility of a restriction does exist.
