Northern Natural Gas declared a System Underrun Limitation for all market-area zones, to become effective Saturday.

Florida Gas Transmission lifted Thursday an Overage Alert Day notice that had been in effect since Monday.

Due to continued uncertainty about arrival of the pig required for a Line 1300 project, El Paso rescheduled the pigging operation to an unspecified later date instead of Friday as previously announced (see Daily GPI, July 24). Maintenance on White Rock Station’s #2 unit will be moved to coincide with Line 1201 pigging July 28-29, reducing capacity of the San Juan Basin by 170 MMcf/d, the pipeline said, adding that there will be no reduction of San Juan Basin capacity Friday (July 25).

Columbia Gas reminded customers under the FSS Rate Schedule that a limitation requiring them to have no more than 85% of their Storage Contract Quantity (SCQ) in storage as of Aug. 31 is in effect.

ANR is taking bids through 11 a.m. Friday (July 25) for gas that it wants to purchase for system balancing use. The pipeline is interested in buying about 750,000 dekatherms in packages no greater than 25,000 Dth/d. Deliveries would be made during the Aug. 1-31 period. See the bulletin board for details.
