TransCanada reported that Great Lakes ended Wednesday its declaration of force majeure that was announced in late February (see Daily GPI, Feb. 27 and March 10) and affected deliveries to TransCanada. As a result, TransCanada terminated its own force majeure declaration to firm shippers.

Mojave Pipeline (Line 1900) upstream of Daggett Station must be shut in May 27 to install a scrubber on the compressor suction, according to a notice on the El Paso bulletin board. During this outage, there will be no flow from the El Paso and Transwestern interconnects on Mojave’s east end into the Common Facilities west of Daggett. Deliveries to SoCal Hector will not be affected. Additionally, the Topock Compressor Station must be down May 27-31 to replace station controls. During this outage, there will be no deliveries from the El Paso interconnect into Mojave. However, Transwestern may be able to deliver to SoCal Hector on May 27, and to all other Mojave points beginning May 28, following the completion of the inlet scrubber project at Daggett Station.

El Paso also said White Rock Station will remain down through Friday, reducing San Juan Basin capacity by 210 MMcf/d. The station’s #1 turbine will remain down Saturday through Monday, reducing basin capacity by 105 MMcf/d.
